    Before joining Hearst, in addition to owning her own market research and marketing consulting firm, Linda heldanagement positions at Fortune 500 companies including A.C. Nielsen, an internationally recognized marketing research firm, and Emerson Electric in their product development division. 


    She has also held the positions of General Manager for Interactive and VP of Marketing at the Orlando Sentinel, where her team garnered two “Marketing Campaign Creative Awards” from International Management and Marketing Associates (IMMA). 


    In addition, she was the Vice President of Product Development and Advertising Services at Tribune Interactive.  During her tenure here, her leadership produced numerous award-winning digital products, including Advertising Age’s “Best Location-Specific iPhone App”.


    Her corporate background and experience as the owner of a SongChops.com, a nationally recognized, web-based songwriting education platform, gives her insight into the needs of small and mid-sized businesses working to create marketing messaging to consumers in a highly competitive environment.


    Linda is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, where she received a Bachelor of Science in marketing and market research.  She is a former board member for the Entertainment Business program at Full Sail University. 

Paolo is a marketing specialist and speaker who is driven by bottom line results and maximizing client return on ad spend. As Digital Director at Hearst CT Media Group, Paolo works with some of Connecticut’s biggest companies and institutions as well as a wide variety of local businesses.

Paolo began his career in digital marketing when he founded Discount Mortgage America in the early 2000’s. Discount Mortgage America was one of the first paperless mortgage companies in the Connecticut and one of the first to employ digital marketing strategies as its main driver of new business.

Later, Paolo became the Connecticut Digital Director for AdTaxi, a national digital marketing agency where he worked on digital campaigns for some of the region’s largest companies and institutions including Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital and Traveler’s Golf Championship among others.

Recognizing the need for personalized marketing services in the small business sector, Paolo founded Transcend Marketing Group, a marketing agency whose mission was to provide, Madison Avenue level creative and marketing services for small to medium sized businesses at prices they can afford.

In 2019, Paolo joined Hearst Connecticut Media Group, a company that not only embraces his core values and beliefs, but one that has the resources, technology and creativity that will allow him to deliver even greater value for his clients and customers.
